How To Place An Order!
You can place an order by visiting the storefront, viewing products, adding items to your cart and clicking Checkout to begin the ordering process. That easy!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Merchline accepts all forms of major debit/credit cards, along with PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay as payment options. Storefront-specific virtual gift cards are also available.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We are not set up to take phone orders at this time.

How do I cancel / update my order? 

If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us immediately at support@merchline.com, and we will see what we can do. Updates are dependent on which stage of fulfillment the order is in. Once an order has been successfully placed and moves to processing, changes can no longer be made as the order is being packed and prepared for shipment.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the date they were placed. Once an order is marked shipped, it is unable to be updated.


How safe is placing an order online?
Merchline is a secure website for order processing. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 256-bit encryption technology certified by Digicert Systems for the exchange of payment information. You can verify by checking out the little padlock icon in the corner of your browser. This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit. 

Believe it or not, ordering a product on-line is safer than ordering one in the real world. When you hand your credit card to the clerk at your local retail store, there is nothing to stop them from scribbling down your number and charging things without your knowledge. However, when you type in your credit card number to order on our storefront, we never even see your full payment information. The entire ordering process is completely automatic from start to finish, and only a series of computers handle your credit card information.

Hackers are not a threat either. Your credit card number and other personal data will be encrypted at the highest level of security. All your information will be scrambled and 100% guarded from prying eyes.

Why am I being charged sales tax?
Merchline.com, Inc. is a corporation that operates in the state of Florida, so all orders with billing address information from Florida will have sales tax included with the order.

How can I check my order status?
If you created an account during checkout, you can log into the Your Account at any time. Otherwise, you will receive email updates for each order status update.
