All General admission tickets purchased through Merchline are to be picked up the day/night of the event at will call/box office. No physical tickets or PDF downloads will be sent to you prior to the show unless otherwise noted.
Will Call/Box Office Hours
Please contact the venue directly for will call/box office hours as this information varies by city.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Please present a printout or screenshot of your email confirmation at will call/box office the night of your event to pick up your tickets. This is the email you received immediately after placing the order.
Transferring Your Tickets
Treat your confirmation email like currency as it is your proof of purchase to enter the event. If you would like to give your tickets to someone else they will just need a copy of your confirmation email to pick them up. No name or venue changes are able to be made. 
No Refunds!
All ticket sales are non-refundable. The Merchline Team is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
